Impossible, every human being is selfish and those who is in control of power do not wish to give up their. Just look at European Union as an example, UK do not wish to give up their pounds in exchange for euro as currency and lot of countries always do not rectify the treaty even after lenghty discussion and watering down the terms often to the extent the treaty is no longer useful to serve it purpose. Religion conflict will be another one, just imaging do you really think a muslim and christian and hindu can live in peace with all the religious war going on in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand etc. Racial discrimination will be another factor which will provide same argument as religion. Anyway, globalization is going on but only in economic term and definitely not what you hope for.
