I always laugh about this one time. I was flying solo at a party and just mingled with my friends and their dates. One of my friend's brought a girl who he was not dating, just wanted to bring along. Her and I hit it off instantly and my poor friend was left out. Being a lady, she danced with the one that brought her. As the party went on, I was called away and had to leave for a couple hours. When I did make my way back, I just walked in the room and all the way on the other end, was this girl who was bored out of her poor little skull who was so happy to see I was back. I laugh about that today. Never saw her again but that evening, I could have stolen her away. Good thing for my friend I wouldn't do that to a buddy.
Now, my girlfriend's eyes light up when ever our eyes meet and it takes my heart away every time after all of these years.
