What else would be ground rules...
No personal remarks about the other candidates personal life; I'm not truly interested in whether or not life has been kind to them...it usually has its ups and downs for everyone.
Issues to be considered of interest to the people...such as work opportunities, education, meeting social needs (civic involvement, churches, synagogues, etc...), workplace conditions (good 'ole boy v. political correctness), health issues being diagnosed whether treated or not (via laboratory and other diagnostic testing methods), preparing for baby boomer retirement by designing multi-family housing that allows for personal freedom with less direct supervision, environmental efforts to lessen our liabilitiy to other nations due to our direct influence on global conditions (ever wonder why we haven't been sued for compensatory damages by some of those less industrialized countries?), Vioxx v. Big Mac (which product contributes MOST to heart disease and why haven't they conducted studies to determine the safety of food stuffs to the same level as that of pharmaceutical companies?), metropolitan and rural infrastructure...how to build a larger township based upon obtaining the components and applying the standards necessary to enable larger manufacturing opportunities, speaking of water purity...as a utility...why does state law require the daily change of a quart or so of Barbisol (harsh sterilization chemical) by each and every self-respecting barber and beautician in the state?...and presumably all of them .. how are water treatment facilities able to neutralize the potential accumulative impact of that?), what venue could be used to raise awareness of the legal system to adults, as well as, children in a non-offensive way, why are there so many people still feeling discriminated against when federal and state laws prohibit it, if a truce were called tomorrow in the battle for democracy in the arabic regions where our young people are fighting to 'keep the peace', where would we put them...is there anyplace much to return to?..., what kind of psychological problems would be the result of such action...bewilderment (did we win?)...defeatistism (did we lose?)...WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO GIVE UP MY OLD CHEVROLET FOR A SOLAR MOBILE??!
Thanks for the soapbox....I truly do appreciate your question. And to those of you who follow the question...remember you got off of Yahoo!Answers.

because of the fact extremely neither Obama nor Mccain want replace it basically sounds solid to them. they are controlled by those with that of a communist recommendations physique and want people who they might administration ie Obama and Mccain. for this reason the media infrequently ever recognizes that there are any third celebration applicants different than for Ralph Nader the guy they be attentive to has no danger of prevailing. they are petrified of cynthia mckinney, or Bob Barr, or Chuck Stanley Baldwin or all and distinctive else which could truthfully draw votes. for this reason each and every time they do communicate a pair of third celebration candidate this is to call them a spoiler.

Debates must be between the candidates who could freely ask and answer questions about their plans for the government and the people. In this way, the people could judge who wil they vote.
VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

I think a better debate format would be to have each candidate list the top four items of their agenda, and then require them to justify each under the Constitution.

anything that would get attention. A debate of many words and nothing said.
