Yes, they can see everything that comes into or goes out of the system via that gateway. It's a basic security feature.

If you want to browse filthy porn sites you need to connect to the gateway, and then to an "anonymous proxy server". That way all the administrator will see is the connection proxy, not the actual website that you are using.

Beware, you might get canned big time if you do this. You could also go to jail if you look at kiddy porn.
