i drive with one hand and i would have my other one around my baby if she was with me

I have to drive with 2 hands as I drive a stick shift ! lol But seriously.... when not changing gears I can drive with one hand very easily but it's not recommended....it's always better to drive with 2 hands. Of course I use both my hands while turning etc.

I drive with two. I always have my hands at the ten-to-two position. I'm quite anal when it comes to driving.

You should drive with one hand at the 10o'clock position and the other hand at the 2o'clock position. The short answer is two.

Depends on what the traffic is like. One handed when no one is around. Two handed in bad weather or traffic.
