No, women get horny when they ovulate and around their periods. They look at men and boys and think "How can I get him to love me? To do anything for me?" wheras men think "How can I get her panties off? How can I make her only take her panties off for me?"
It all goes back to men needing to know that they have viable heirs and women needing to know that they'll be fed tomorrow. nuff said.
