I always dread this time of the month because I always get PMS! Everytime without fail. I exercise, I've changed my diet and I still get it! I'm a healthy 29 yr old female & I thought PMS was meant to get better with age!

Actually PMS gets a little worse with age, in my experince. This is what has helped me with the nagging symptoms.
1.Ground Flax seed, I use it everyday in my oatmeal or cereal. Flax seed has phyto-estrogens and omega-3 fatty acids that help balance the hormones and help with moodiness
2. A calcium supplement
3. vitamin B supplement
4. At least 2 servings a week of a fatty fish like Salmon.
5. Lots of fruits and veggies.
6. Chocolate, yes chocolate, the dark kind with a high content of cocoa. Chocolate contains a neurotransmitter, serotonin, that can act as an anti-depressant.

You could try taking B6 either in a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex. B6 is very good at helping with mood problems, especially with PMS.

I suffer from a similar thing. Try Agnus castus, evening primrose oil, vitamin B supplements. I normally find that a combination of these eases the symptoms.

Have the same problem, and am 48. You could see your doctor, who may prescribe hormone tablets or something else.
