Since I've had my daughter(she's 2), I have had 3 or 4 periods but now they have just stopped. My hormones are fine and everything else looks fine.

You should definitely see your doctor - I had trouble with my period in the past and quite recently and both times I ended up with an ovarian cyst which was why my periods were irregular. See your doctor....it could really be a number of things and if it's something serious they can get to the problem and fix it for you hopefully. Good luck!

It's possible that this could be a thyroid problem causing this. Sometimes a thyroid problem can be missed if the entire panel of tests (there's 7 of them) aren't done.

If your dr is not willing to do these tests then my suggestion is to get another opinion, preferably from someone that is not in the same office as the dr you currently see.

It may due to hormonal imbalances or even early menopause symptoms. It is best for you to consult a gynaecologist for better advice :)
