Yes, but not intentionally. She was told her white panties were too much of a "hot point" on the screen while shooting and advised it would be better to remove them, so they were not visible, and cross her legs, which she did to a certain point, but not exactly enough.
She was horrified when she saw her cootchie on screen in the official version and tried to get her agent and attorneys to get legal means to edit it out, but they both advised her it was better for her career to leave it in, which she reluctantly acquiesced to in the end.

I got it on DVD now and you can zoom in & out using your remote control but I can't see anything remotely resembling anyone's genitalia, especially Miss Stone's, lol!
