Lets see...Kelly has actual talent an Miley Cyrus is riding on the success coattails of her one-hit wonder father of his "Achy-Breaky Heart". Would have to choose Kelly Clarkson.

kelly clarkson- she doesnt feel the need to use a false name or wear a wig and have a series show of her own to jump-start her career- she had her one lucky break.
