Christmas. I only have two gift receiving occasions a year and my brithday's gone.

I don't have children or a spouse so that leaves out Mother's Day (which has gone, I know) and an anniversary.

I don't have any kind of beloved so that leaves out Valentines Day, which I know has (again) gone because its the day after my birthday.

As I don't have a beloved, I have never received any additional gifts for anniversary of first meeting, first date etc.

I have never been given chocolates, jewellery or flowers. I was taken out for a meal in January ... by my best mate and the only time I've been taken out to the movies was by my nephew.

My sister and I went to see Lyrics and Music in February (17th - you remember such special occasions) but I paid, she bought me some sweets and a saucer (I was disgusted at how little they give you ... or how little she was willing to spend on it) of ice cream.

No occasion, get gifts when friends come and visit, 4 or 5 times a week, just little things but always very well received. I do the same when I visit.

i do no longer see something incorrect with it. this is not like this is something that society basically began. i think of human beings now are basically getting ridiculous with bringing down human beings for having weddings, showers, birthdays, etc. i've got faith that this is a brilliant thank you to be including your friends and family and that i loooooove to purchase human beings presents and watch their reactions while receiving presents. i'm a giver. Now if it particularly is your 2d toddler or marriage i do no longer think of it is needed because you have saved the different issues to your toddler from the 1st bypass around. extremely some situations a chum or family member plans the bathe as a ask your self for the bride or new mom. i've got faith if human beings have an argument with it then decline to bypass, yet do no longer make it like each physique is present hungry, we devour and play extremely some video games and reminisce on our very own situations as a clean bride or new mom. toddlers want issues and it facilitates a pair out to furnish them diapers or bottles or a blanket. once you have a toddler you could by no ability have too many diapers or t-shirts!

my birthday on Sunday I would think but my Christian friends keep dropping things in all the time. Just this week I've had flowers and a book cos I've felt down after finding out that my ex and ex best friend are together and have been since i first suspected over a year ago. They said I was mad and that their weren't. "Just good friends" is all they said. Oh well. I'm over it now. p.s the best thing is they want to be friends now. ain't I the lucky one.! They are forgiven thou , cos that's the Christian thing to do. Sorry I rambled.
