of the Virginia Tech massacre and it sent chills up my spine. I also saw a pic of the killer. It made me think that he must have a special place reserved for him in hell. Doesn't it just send goosebumps all over your body?

not to sound insensitive, but the same day about 180 innocent Iraqis got blown up by a car bomb and a few thousand Africans starved to death.

Where is their candle-light vigil?

It's a very terrible thing that happened, but Virginia Tech is not the center of the universe.

I got chills up my spine when I heard that today 10 more soldiers were killed today and 30 more were wounded in Iraq. It does truly sadden me all this death is happening to our citizens. I don't think a green card should satisfy the requirements to purchase guns in the US, I think to buy and own guns should only be a privilege given to US Citizens.

Those poor people that got up that day to go to class...little did they know what awaited them....I had to stop watching the news coverage for awhile ...I was having nightmares....I can become so engrossed in the sorrow of the victims families that I cry with them...The last time I felt so deeply was when all those people were killed in England a few years back...When I heard about it, I instantly started to cry for them

Yeah i think it is so sad what happened but if any consolation... they do are not feeling any more pain.... except the families, they are suffering with pain, my prayers are with them because it is a life sentence they are now facing.... it does send chills up my spine, very sad indeed.

As long as it still bothers you at least a little bit to see those pictures, you're still alright. I know people over here who see stuff like that every day and they've learned to (or had to) block out any emotional reaction to it.

No. It just makes me sad. It also makes me angry that someone as dangerous as that guy was able to buy a gun in Virginia.
