This one is funny;

"As most would expect from a young, confident team, the chemistry of this squad is one of the primary reasons for its success. The players are very close-knit group, laugh a lot, love their coach and have a lot of fun. The highlight of today's bus ride back to the team hotel after practice was topped off with a barrel of laughs at the expense of Mr. Pietrus. When a team PR rep asked all of the players if they had any interest in attending tonight's Texas Rangers' game at The Ballpark in Arlington, Stephen Jackson asked "who are they playing?" When informed it was the Seattle Mariners, one of the players shouted out - "Ichiro!!" - to which MP responded, "Texas Rangers? Chuck Norris?" You gotta love the Frenchmen. We told him, yes, Norris is one of their starting pitchers, but won't be on the mound tonight." Warriors website.

MP Michael Pietrus is one of the guys who had a dunk on the first Mavs/Warriors game, I think it was the reversal dunk. He's so naive. lol

Dear Tiny,

Wow great story above. i have to say that i'm glad to see the Warriors do well and i think they are a little bit bottle-necked in the number of guards they have: Davis, Ellis, Richardson, Pietrus, Ste. Jackson, i think they are one big man away from being an upper eschelon team. i really like Al Harrington and Biedrens as well, i think they need to add another scoring forward (like a Rashard Lewis) and another big body (rebounding dirty work guy). They have a lot of great pieces in place and i'm rooting for them to take down the Mavs (since it looks like my Lakers are not getting past the Suns) and i'm a UCLA alumn- so Go Baron!

Kindly,

Nickster

P.S.: Chuck Norris could pitch if he wanted to... lol...

Tiny I'm just going to clear things up real fast. First of all you did say "Warriors are better then Clippers," on the only two topics I made so far. Also I never said anything bad about Warriors, and never compared Warriors to Clippers, which is why I found those comments weird. GS is my 2nd favorite team, Clippers just happen to be my favorite. I'd understand if you commented me like that if i was talking trash on Gs, but i wasnt doing anything like that.

Their chemistry is great! As long as Davis is healthy, they will do well.

Unfortunately, the only time I got to see them play was in Portland when Davis was out. The Blazers (another young team with ups and downs) took them out rather easily.

But with Davis, they are a very confident bunch and Dallas looked really lost in game 1.

It's great to see a girls so interested in basketball. I think GS Warriors chemistry has shaped over the season, and now they are clicking on all cylinders. Baron Davis is a great leader and it has shown through their recent streak, and surprising win over Dallas.

I am not a warrior fan but I am really happy that they have finally made it to the show after 11 years. I hope they make it to the next round.

been following warriors basketball for over 35 years, since we got to watch them on my neighbors cousins (georges) tickets (g. johnson who was the center for the last championship team provided the tics (rick barry, keith wilkes , etc.)) and I must say its nice to see the support for them...they play like the 'and 1 team' runnin , gunnin, and funnin...
