The money is not to come from illegal activity. I just need to find a few places that I can make some money for a few months.

I guess I should add that I have been dancing for 7 years already in Lexington Ky. A typical week ranges from $800-2000 for 3-5 shifts. I have my own home, pay my taxes, and can conversate with anyone. Just looking to travel for a few months, as I am bored in Kentucky. Las Vegas is a great idea, but I hear that the money there is not that good in the hot summer months. Thanks!

Scores New York, Penthouse Executive Club New York, or Tens New York. the girls there can make anything from $300-$1500 a night! The down side is that they have to pay around $150 - $250 a night to work there ("house fee") but it is quite easy to make money after that.
Alternatively, there is a nice club in San Antonio Texas called "All Stars", it's a very classy establishment and it's possible for the girls there to make around $200-$800 a night. The "house fee" is only something like $50 depending on what time you arrive to work. The Yellow Rose in Austin is also a great place to make money.
And now for some advice:
Make sure you don't do what I did and SAVE YOUR MONEY if you plan to dance for "a few months" otherwise you'll get stuck into it for 5 years like I did and end up with a huuuuuuuge tax bill at the end. Easy come, easy go!!! Save money for taxes, also put some away.
If you are going to make a lot of money as an adult entertainer, I would read up on current events and read a lot of mens magazines, as a lot of money can be made for girls who "dazzle" with good conversation and intellegence, not just shaking the booty! Also good grooming like pristine fingernails, not very harsh makeup, keeping in shape, good perfume, and getting waxed regularly will make a huge difference. Never sleep with customers!! And it also helps to be diplomatic with the other girls, you never know when one of them might help you make money on a slow night!!!

Only 3 to maybe 4 cities have enough Strip clubs where you can easily make that type of money. Number 1 on the list is definitely Las Vegas. Hollywood(Los Angeles), Miami & maybe San Francisco. I wouldn't necsasarily leave New York out of contention either.
