Please is there a Doctor in the house?? I need to know the homeopathic remedy for a really really bloated tummy. It's totally befuddled me, I haven't eaten anything with lactose, gluten, sugar, alcohol or soy in it (all my fantabulous allergies) and I'm still reall bloated! And no, I'm not pregnant!! ............:0)

it could be the vegetables and fruits that you eat.even though they are good for you health wise, stay away from apples, peaches, pears, prunes, corn, oats, potatoes, milk, ice cream, and soft cheese.
eat mor things like rice, bananas, citrus, grapes, hard cheese, meat, eggs, peanut butter, non-carbonated beverages, and yogurt made with live bacteria. to cut down on bloating.

You can get it at your local health food store.
Sip a small glass slowly.

Oh, and a (typical) doctor would just prescribe you something that would actually make it worse.
