You can get the rehearsal stuff which was stolen a few years ago. As far as Chinese Democracy goes, you will have to wait till Axel dies. He is too old and drugged out to promote it and that weird plastic surgery didn't help matters either. It's a way for Axel to keep in the news, without actually having to do anything.
