okay first and foremost 7 hrs of sleep is COMPULSORY which leaves u with 17 hrs. make it 6 hrs for eating, bathing, taking a break etc.
then u have 11 hrs which shud be enough as if u overtax ur self u're concetration will reduce. actually 11 hrs is too much. so u can make it 9-10 hours.
here's a tip. wake up 2 hours earlier say at 4 in the moring, wash ur face drink coffee , take a light snack and start studying. ur mind will be fresh and clear and u can to 3 hrs work in 2 hrs.
gud luck for ur xams
oh ya here's a reely gud tip.
before u star studying sit on the floor cross legged style and wipe ur mind blank and meditate for a minute. then start studying.

have dinner and go through everything u had studied in the day
sleep at anytime betweeen 11 to 12. u wil have a sleep for a total of 6 hrs which would be enough

Just make sure that you give yourself breaks in between those long hours of studying. We just learned about this in the memory chapter of my psychology class. You retain the information better when you give your brain a rest. For example, study every 1-2 hours and then take a 10 minute break or so.

It relies upon on the guy. the conventional of diagnosis is greater significant than the time. I bear in mind interpreting from 4 to twelve hours consistent with day. it is maximum suitable to overview, fit in some workout, sleep an entire-night (avert alarm clocks), and don't drink alcohol. beware for those issues which could distract or waste time.

well you cant get a lot done without sleep, to me sleep is a magical cure. so alow quite a bit of sleep. if you have a lot a lot of work to do then sleep maybe 3 hours less than normal. and if youre on a role one night and you dont want to stop sdudying then dont, just sleep in the next morning. but it all depends really on what you can handle.
