If Fd is the down force alonfg the skilet and f is the force of friction the
Fd=f
mg sin(A) = u mg cos(A)

sin(A) /cos(A) = u g
A= arcTan(ug)= arcTan(.03 x 9.81)=
A=16.4 degrees
