Is it that Jewish men DO or DON't believe in circumcizin?

Jewish men are required to be circumcised. Well, religious ones anyway.

they do its a jewish tradition, after the jews were in the wilderness for 40 years they had to be circumcized before they could enter the promised land

They do believe in circumcision. It has its roots in the Bible when God told Abraham to circumcise himself and all of the men in his household. This proved to God that Abraham was in agreement with the new Covenant that God had with him. It is now a celebration in Jewish tradition and law.

As a part of their religious customs Jewish men are required to be circumcised.
I think this is better anyway.

They definitely believe it in. When the baby is 8 days old he is supposed to be circumcised.

Conservative and orthodox Jews must circumcise. Some reform Jews do not require this.

They are required to... Oprah loves it, because she gets the foreskins injected into her forehead to stop the wrinkles... and Frank Sinatra got sheep cells injected into his face. I'm not joking, look it up if you don't believe me :)

They used to. so did Muslims but now that it is considered mutilation it has gone out of style and all religions oppose it.here are some links for more information.
