I'm a little confused about his powers. Doesn't he have Eve's power of suggestion or did she blow her brains out before he could take that from her? Also, isn't Claire's grandmother in league with The Company?

No, yes, and no.

NO he does not have Eve's power though both he and Peter seem to be able to blow People away with their voices similar to the way Eve use to be able to make people do what she wanted them to do. At least the voice sounds similar. I think she was able to blow her brains out first. And i do not think Peter's mother is still with the company being as they supposedly killed her husband, but; she was with them when Claire was given to Bennett as was Hiro's father. they were in the Linderman group, but it seems, they all withold information from Linderman. She withheld Claire and Nakamura withheld Hiro. How many more heros are out there still untagged is a question yet to be understood.

Sylar I believe DID get Eve's power of persuasion.. however I don't think he's used it at all yet. He has too many powers to work with.
Claire's grandmother-- hmmm well we don't really know much about her yet. She's very mysterious.. but we do know she has a power that will most likely be revealed.. she just keeps to herself a lot and makes sure that Nathan is successful.. once he wins the election, I think things with that family will come loose... These last few episodes will be very interesting =)

I'm really trying to keep up here, but it is difficult. Sylar doesn't have Eve's power because she killed herself first. I believe Mama Petrelli might actually have some powers herself. According to spoilerfix.com, the original group of Heroes included Linderman (and probably Nathan's dad); they started out to help the world, but got involved in the whole personal gain thing. Linderman is crazy/stupid enough to think he can save the world by blowing up NYC [and that's crazy thinking for sure}. Mama Petrelli is definitely involved as far as knowledge of the whole thing, but how deep her involvement is, I'm not sure. One other thing they said is that there's something hinky about Mr. Petrelli's death, that he didn't die the way they said, and that his death also had something to do with the Heroes. Oh yeah - Hiro's father has a power too and is probably part of the original group.
Re: Isaac's statement to Sylar: maybe he meant while he was imprisoned in the lab, maybe something he painted there told them what to do with Sylar.

I'm not sure either because he does the weird voice thing but it did seem like she shot herself in the head before he could open her up, so to speak. If he did have it, then why in tonights ".07%" episode, did Isaac look at the gun when Sylar told him to show him his paintings? Didn't seem to make sense.

EDIT: I was reading the Heroes message boards and I think that Sylar's painting of himself in the White House is how the other heroes "defeat" him, by sending him off on a different timeline. Just guessing though.

I don't know, but Sylar is creepy the way he changes his voice or can make things fly off the table. Why does he want to kill the people on the list, unless he's with the "company"? Claire's grandma I think has a ability too, but she hasn't said what it is, I think she may be like Claire........

I'm not sure about "The Company" just yet, but i think yeah the Peter's mom is. i can't wait to find out what happens with that. and we already know Sylar's going to die. Issac told him before he died he showed "them" how to kill him. but who is "them"?

he doesn't have her powers, she blew her brains out to prevent him from doing that. I don't know who is involved with who but it is possible that she is.
