You mean to say that all the money we spend on Homeland Securitry, high tech surveyance, and on defense and on Pentagon, and on intelligence, blah, blah, blah, can't protect us from terrorists trying to get to America? Boy, is all the boasting that we are the greatest super and advanced power is sheer gimmick? And that if we fail to kill all the Iraqis we think are our enemies will doom America forever? Gosh, how small a regard and faith we must have for America! Think of the millions of Iraqis who fled from Iraq. They have a problem trying to get here. Think it'd be easy for terrorists from Iraq to get here?

We should fear more about our open borders than we should about Iraq!

As Dick Cheney said before the war, "It's not a question of if, but when.." There are cells in the US now. I lived in NY when a cell was discovered in Lackawanna, not far from a nuclear power plant. It was a 5 or 6 man cell, all trained in Afghanistan with bin Laden and personally met with him. Their plans were to attack a nuclear power plant. Anyone that denies that cell groups do not exist in the US now or even before 9-11 is only fooling themselves. They are already here regardless of the situation in Iraq. If we were in danger of an internal terrorist attack wouldn't it make more sense to have more of our National Guard troops and reservists here than overseas? We also need to shore up our borders and deal with illegal immigrants. If you wanted to do the US harm, how else would you enter the country?

Exactly. Victory in Iraq doesn't mean there will be no more terrorists, nor that they won't attack. In fact, regardless of what happens in Iraq, we'll have to be dealing with them. Instead of investing all our troops, weapons, and money in a war that gets worse every day, we'd be wise to put more of these resources into protecting our own borders and negating terrorist threats. It's even possible that we're helping swell their ranks by our continued presence in Iraq. We should be figuring out how to prevent them from their next attack instead.

That is exactly the point. If we fail in Afganistan and Iraq, then the terrorists will use those victories as launch pads to hit us here. This is why we are over their. We need to be victorious over their. The price is too high to be defeated. If Harry Reed and his cronies have it their way, they will defeat the USA from within AGAIN. They already did it to us during Vietnam, Now they are doing it to us again. Wars are not fought by concesus. They are fought by Generals. We have got to remember this. This is why the generals are their. Politicians are getting our troops killed by declaring to the world that "We have lost". Last I remember, that is treason. Aiding and abetting our enemies is treason. By his words, Harry Reed is a traitor. What woudl our troops do if Harry Reed and company were to come over to Iraq and tell them "We have lost"? My bet is Mr. Reed would have alot of angry soldiers looking at him.

yet somebody else asserting "we". you in all possibility have no actual or own stake in this war, yet you have some stable comments approximately your function in "we". enable me repeat this. u.s. isn't at war. the militia is at war. u.s. is on the mall. And the war has not failed. basically time will tell if the Iraqi's choose to take great thing related to the prospect they have been given to stay democratic and grow to be a stable and efficient u . s . a . not ruled by utilising a dictator.

No.

You've been eating too much Jew orchestrated propaganda.

If terrorists were going to do anything here, they'd of been here already and done it.

Especially with 35 million illegal Central and South Americans acknowledging no US border.

Who would ya blame? Open border Bush again? He just laughs.

Several were abducted coming through our open border with Mexico a month ago. So the answer is that they already are.
