i am soo tired i have been lieing here for about 3 hours
i have to get up at 8:30am and its 2:09 :( i just cant go to sleep :(:(:(:(: PLEASE HELPS

Don’t force yourself to sleep.
Relax.
Think of the happy moments you had,
Think of something that can help you relax,
Like the beach, the nature or flowers.

Hope this would give a sound sleep.

Maybe try 2 read that usually
bores people 2 death so
they fall asleep.
Listen 2 nice mellow music.
Make-love until your pass out (lol)
Have something 2 eat, sometimes
a full stomach makes you
sleepy.
Take a sleeping pill.
One of these should work!

Stop trying to sleep, makes it worse
Have a hot bath, for at least 15 minutes, the change in body temp. makes your body think its bed time
Have hot tea or hot milk with honey. You need to warm the milk until it foams or it won't work.
Then read something that truly does not interest you, and keep reading it,

Hi, ive got the same problem. I find a cup of chamonmile tea before bed and afew drops of lavendar on your forhead, temples ( sides of your face) and a drop on the back of your neck works really well. It has been working for me so far.

I do this stupid thing sometimes just to shut my head off and block out the other thoughts that keep my head going... Just start telling yourself in your head "Go to sleep" over and over again until you drift off. I usually fall asleep within a couple of minutes doing this....

Or go drink some milk.

Or masturbate/have sex.

Lay down and close your eyes. Concentrate on your breathing and your heart rate. Try to slow your heart rate while taking long slow breaths.
