i assume one cig an afternoon would be useful besides the reality that i'm not a doctor. and that i know people who choose to take a shot of brandy interior the morning formerly breakfast. observe I pronounced one shot. Its extra medicinal than the rest. and that i assume that the cigs would desire to frequently be skipped now and then. i haven't had a cig on the grounds that 1978 Thank-You Jesus, Hallelujah. it may grow to be a maximum disgusting habit. As for the booze i'm able to stay devoid of it, besides the reality that a splash wine or beer(observe I pronounced a splash - than ability one or 2 small glasses) aids in digestion. yet i don't propose it to those who've had issues of alcohol interior the previous. you recognize in case you do. Nope, both smoking and alcohol abuse are bad for your health. Smoking leads to cancer and contributes to hypertension, breathing troubles, and a list of other ill effects. Alcohol can destroy the liver and both cause stress on the body's functions.

That is literally impossible. The only thing that will happen would be an early death or coming down with emphysema or lung cancer. Not being able to breath is a terrible experience. I know because I've been there!

no not unless you are selling them to make a profit but drinking is actually worse than smoking cause smoking you can quite and start up and your lungs will finally clean them selves up where as alcohol eats away at your stomach lining and that is very pain full and it can cause long term problems

Your question made me think of George Burns. He lived to his 90s. He drank and smoked the whole way. He bragged about it. He also bragged how his doctors begged him to stop before it killed him. Then he would wryly mention that they were now dead.

It depends on whos' point of view you'd be looking at. It can be a short term mental fix for some, but your doctor would'nt recomend it.

If your idea of better health is a set of barely-functioning lungs and liver, sure.
