This may be all in the persons head, but can this be true.?

My mother says that when I was miles apart from her, she knew something was wrong. She said it was 2:00 in the morning and she smelled this foul odor. She searched to see where the smell was coming from, but she couldn't find it. Around that time, I was stuck in a situation that was greatly uncomfortable and terrifying.

Just now I was feeling depressed and unmotivated and I put this song on. A song from "La Vita Bella." All of the sudden, now I'm smelling this flowery smell. I haven't taken a shower or have any perfume on. I don't have a lotion that has this wonderful, uplifting smell. It comes and goes. I wish this smell would stay with me forever. What is going on? Can I be experiencing someones happiness?

I hope so. This feeling is great. Do you have something unexplainable to share? But answer my first question.

I'm not on anything.

Just now I got an intense emotion of happiness and warmth go through me. Stay with me forever. It's been a while since I've felt happiness.

Sure, this happens a fair bit. I think some of it is genetic, as it runs quite a bit in my family, more so to the mother's side than anything. My older sister got this a lot when she was younger, and still does to my knowledge.

I didn't get this so often, just a little in my teens and mid 20s or so, that was it.

And at times I wish I did still have it in me to have contact with someone like that, mind to mind, senses to senses...but hey, you can't chase after these things usually, it doesn't work that way. You have to stay relaxed, loose, and receptive to things.

But yeah....I could use some contact like that myself, since I've been depressed and unmotivated myself for a while...

I think of if human beings pays attention and notice issues that are no longer there, human beings can scent some thing that may no longer there to boot. flavor and scent are honestly suitable like putting a chew of apple or a chew of onion on your tongue including your nostril pinched and not with the flexibility to tell the adaptation. With LSD it is shown that each and all the senses are suitable. it is why human beings on LSD can scent colours and notice sounds. perhaps your recommendations has suitable yet another experience or maybe a feeling with a memory like understanding what "lemon sent" smells like with out smelling the product yet with greater effective element.

i really believe these things happen,i have had experiences, but am too upset tonite to get into anything deep...my sister died earlier today and it's hard to concentrate...but i think what you have experienced, is very real.
