It's a matter of opinion I guess. Almost anyone can look hot to others... you may not think of yourself as that way, but some people might.
Just keep a clean appearance, put your make-up on right (not like a clown) & fix your hair... and dress hot!

Look in the mirror... and be honest. Also, pay attention whether you make heads turn in the street; that's another useful clue.
