Number 1 - They rested their starters on Golden State when other teams (Clippers) really needed Dallas to play at their best, Dallas ruined the competitiveness of this sport when they didnt start their starters with a tight 8 spot playoff race.
Number 2 - Pretty cocky, during playoffs anything can happen. They were talking about sweeping teams to rest their guys, when their losing the series to Golden State right now.
Number 3 - Owner of Dallas is a jackass, very conceded, and has a very uncharasmatic vibe, also whines like a little *****.
Number 4 - What goes around comes around, Dallas not starting their starters against GS during a tight playoff race was just sad, and they deserve a loss to GS.

Yea i really want Dallas to go down. I live in LA and i wanted both the LA teams in the playoffs again this year, but that incident with GS vs. Dallas really screwed it up. Now i'm rooting for GS to upset Dallas.
I'm also not a fan of Mark Cuban. He is arrogant, sarcastic, condescending, and downright mean. I want to see the look on his face after a game 7 GS buzzer beater to clinch the series and knock the Mavs off their pedestal.
Also, i don't think the Mavs will do any sweeping to any team if they get past the Warriors. They're really good, but they're not dominating like the recent championship teams. In fact, i would say they are the softest best-record team in recent memory.
I agree with you that they're pretty cocky sometimes, but hey, they are the western favorites to win it all, so its expected of them to be confident (i just expected a little more class). They have a potential MVP on their team (dirk) and he seems like a nice guy who deserves a title some day. I just hope it's not this year haha. The Mavs should lose, but will they? I'm going to say probably not.

I'm not sure if Golden State will eliminate Dallas but if there is a an 8th seed in the playoffs right now with a chance cause an upset, its the Warriors. They present a lot of match up problems for Dallas especially in the front court. Dirk seems to have a tough time keeping up with the more active Al Harrington. Also Avery Johnson really just took over what Don Nelson had already built and because of this Nelson is very familiar with the sets that Dallas likes to run and the strengths and weaknesses of most of the Dallas players. It will be a tall order for Golden State to eliminate Dallas but when a team has beaten you 6 of the last 7 meetings, you have to take that team seriously.

Did Mark Cuban sleep with your wife or something? Let's review your "REASONS"
1) NO team in ANY professional sport would risk injuring their starters in a meaningless game. Golden State had to keep winning to secure a playoff spot, while the Mavericks just had to show up at the game with 8 players and make it through 48 minutes. There was no need for them to win as they'd already clinched the league's best record. Why risk losing your stars and having to endure the playoffs without them? (Just ask the Washington Wizards)
2) You need to have a certian level of ********* in the playoffs or you're gonna get your @ss whipped. Simple and plain.
3) Mark Cuban is one of the most active owners in any professional sport. How many owners have you seen sitting courtside cheering on their team? Most sit in the pressbox, count their 100's and sip wine and eat cheese while their money making machine is playing.
4) Again, the PLAYOFF RACE was tight for the WARRIORS, not the Mavericks, as they'd already clinched everything there was to be clinched: Playoff spot, Division Title, Western Conference best record, NBA's best record.
Furthermore, I hate it when guys get all personal and touchy feely on here. But I hate it even more when their touchy feely posts are not supported by FACTS. Do your homework before you air your personal dislike of Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks.
Signed,
A Dallas Mavericks fan since the days of Derek Harper, Rolando Blackman, and the Triple "J" Ranch

Word. Especially on #4. A true championship team would not throw any game, regardless of the insignificance of that team. The one game to a team that Dallas purposefully threw....the team they're losing to right now. Had they tried to win that game, GS would probably have not made the playoffs. Yes, it was that tight, and Dallas is getting their comeuppance. Good riddance Dallas!

why are you blaming Dallas for making the clippers miss the finals? Clippers played badly this year and they wouldn't stand a chance in the finals anyways. If you're in the playoff race already wouldn't YOU want to take a few days off to rest and prepare to peak during the finals?

Game 4 - GS
Game 5 - Mavs
Game 6 - Mavs at GS..... the warriors can drive to there homes when they lose, take it the wrong way both teams are good but the better team will proove itself...

Don Nelson is Avery Johnson's mentor right ? His Obi Wan Kenobe to Luke Skywalker.
I think Avery wants the Mavericks to lose to the Warriors. He loves Don Nelson so much, he wants to give the underdog Warriors a chance at an NBA title.
Coach Johnson's last kiss to Don Nelson's Asss.
He's tanking these games on purpose. Sounds Farfetched ? Not that strange if you think about it.

i does no longer say this is romo's fault. he's been exceptionally good this twelve months and he's committed much less turnovers than time-honored. i could say this is because of the protection and the kicker for here motives: protection: this is like those adult men are falling asleep on the activity. they are giving up too many significant performs. this is like they are not even attempting kicker: wtf is up with nick persons? i presumed the cowboys ultimately chanced on a good kicker, even if it sounds like it's time to start up searching for kickers lower back. and he certainly has the nerve to blame the holder for his issues. what a dumbass! and ya understand what else, if the cowboys do no longer win interior the playoffs or make the playoffs in any respect, wade phillips ought to probably be fired

None of your reasons make any sense to me.
There's only one reason why Golden State has a chance in this series: Don Nelson.
Will they win? I won't make that call.
