I'm currently stuck on question....

Describe how the following quantities are interrelated on a CRT: accelerating and deflecting voltage and deflection distance.

Thanks ~!

accelerating voltage is fine but CRT employs an electromagnet to control vertical deflection.

The dilection force can be expressed as
F=q vxB or
F=q vB sin(angle between v and B)
where
F - is the force produced, measured in newtons
q - is electric charge that the magnetic field is acting on, measured in coulombs
v - is velocity of the electric charge, measured in meters per second
