Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download, also the version 9 is out already

There is no such thing as Macromedia 8. First of all, Macromedia was acquired by Adobe, so all Macromedia products are now Adobe products. Second, Macromedia / Adobe have a full range of products. Presuming 8 is a version number, you are missing the product name.

You may as well ask for a car called "Ford 2.0". or "Chevy LS" or such.

go to macromedia site, and look for it and look for the download link then Just Do It ;-)
