In Simple words, Men rule outside of the house and Women rules inside of the house. So that they can have equal opportunity to show power on each other.

I believe that GOD has given us both places in this world to RULE. HE expects the men to be in charge of HIS WORSHIP. HE expects HIS lovely women to be in charge of the household even when some of us do a great portion of the housework. My wife and I have split up the duties for years and she is the greatest woman that I have ever known. She and I were high school sweethearts and we have been married over 31 years. Ok bottom line is men are physically stronger. Thats basically all us men have.
Women on the other hand are much stronger emotionally, and mentally.
but overall men and women are even.
