If all your loads are coming out wrinkled I woud say you are overloading your dryer. The clothes must have room to tumble and fall around in the dryer or they will come out wrinkled. Also, be sure you remove them as soon as the dryer stops. By reducing the size of your laod, your clothes should be wrinkle free.

Wash with gentle cycles whenever possible. Most clothes don't get that dirty. Use appropriate water temperatures. I find "warm" can be too hot if the hot water heater is set too high or the cold water hose to the washer is partially clogged at the screens.
When you transfer clothes to dryer, give the seams a tug to straighten, flip/anap the clothes to straighten them out from the washer mixing before putting them into the dryer. Don't try to dry a full wash load. Separate out those items that will dry quickly from the heavier items. Dry them separately. Don't over dry. When you remove them, once again tug the seams, etc to straighten and hang immediately. .
Lowering your standards for certain clothes helps, like around the house items can have the minor wrinkled look.
Obviously certain fabrics will always need ironing. Avoid purchasing them or invest in a good quality iron that speeds the job along.

When your clothes are almost dry take them out of the dryer and hang up. It may be that you are overfilling the dryer and using too high a heat and that will wrinkle clothes - but just try taking them out a little before you normally would and hang them up the heat that is still there will help them to relax and let go of some wrinkles. If your stuff is l00% cotton that may cause some wrinkling as would linen.

Use a good fabric softener. Make sure your washer and dryer aren't stuffed too full. If things can't tumble in the dryer, they will wrinkle. Some fabrics will just wrinkle, no matter what you do!!

Depends on teh fabric. If you have silk, forget it. It wrinkles no matter what. If you have blouses, get used to it. THey wrinkle! It could be your dryer but i doubt it. Some fabrics, no matter WHAT you do will wrinkle. But from Queer eye for the straight guy you can take a shower and hang up your clothes in the bathroom at the same time and the steam straightens it.

It could be the water is too hot, or you are putting too many clothes in a load in the washer and/or the dryer. You might be letting them get cold in the dryer. For best results, dry clothes until they are almost dry, then hang on hangers
promptly.
I hang the hangers on the shower rod for a couple of hours to be sure the clothes are dry before I put them away.
Do you use Downy or Bounce?

too big of loads, or heavy and light material aren't good to wash together. lighter fabric comes out wrinkled.

debijs's answer is perfect... but I want to add that even though you need to take them from the dryer as soon as it is done and hang them up, you also need to make sure that you don't overdry them (leaving them in there too long...) that will cause wrinkles too. and don't let them get too hot either... :)

You will have to buy clothes of a better more expensive material. Never buy 100% cotton, try cotton polyester mixture, or synthetic . 100% cotton material will always look a mess.

do you fold them? if you do, then that may be the problem. instead of folding them, try rolling them up like tortillas. it takes up less space and this way your clothes won't wrinkle or crease.
