I don't need to set the alarm any more. I get up when I get up. At almost 66 I did
the alarm bit when I worked and when my husband worked.

Jump up, turn it off, put my clothes on, and then realize that I didn't reset it after going hunting on Saturday and there is no good reason to get up at 3:00 am. on a Sunday morning.

I hit the snooze button about 3 times in an average morning.......why do we do that? Why don't we just get up at the right time? Are we fooling ourselves?

If you mean our shiatsu, it goes off every morning about 6am. so I just roll over and try to make like I don't hear him, so my wife has to get up and take him out for his pee.
