Read the papers for open auditions, and go audition!.. Be warned... a lot of community theatres have their little "cliques" and don't welcome a lot of outsiders, no matter how much you deserve the role!

find a local place where u can audition 4 a play 4 free. I did it through a community center, i had 2 pay, but not every1 is like that.
