This is your system:
http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/dimen_3100?c=us&l=en&s=dfo&~tab=specstab
It only has 1 pci-e x1 slot, and 2 pci slots. A Pci-E x16 WILL NOT FIT into a x1 slot. About the best you can get is this card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161079
Runs a little faster then a Radeon x1300. It cannot support the pci-e x16 type cards on the market.

If you really have just a x1 PCIe slot, your 7900GT will just be bottlenecked and run slow if it could run at all. This is because your power supply may not be able to cope w/ the power needs of the 7900GT. Its typical power draw is about 48 watts and could be a bit higher if you have the factory overclocked version.

Disregard the post above this. That card will work just fine in your box as a single card. If you want to run two of them in SLi config, you're out of luck. As long as you're just running one of them, it'll work like a charm.
