How do you get the global impact acheivement for Crackdown for the Xbox 360?

To get the global impact achievement you need to kill 15 gang members using the Observatory Globe

To find the glove leave the Agency tunnel 2 leading to Volk Island, you will usually launch over the little rocks and down into a paved path. If you stop and turn around there will be a tunnel. Go that way and follow the path until you see the gates that you can smash through. Smash through the gates and drive up which will be the Observatory parking lot. Look 90 degrees to the left and you’ll see the globe. Kick it’s stand so it breaks and then pick up the globe and bring it back to the roads. Then throw it at 15 gang members. It’s best to get them point blank right after they get out of their cars.
