I'm interested in only English dub anime cus I dont understand Japanese and I hate to read the subtitle. However pls only tell me reliable sites...cus one time a site i went to have a title tt was free and I bought several others but the free one wasnt included cus they tell me a lame excuse tt it is out of stock but hav already charged me and sent it to me. I think its just bait for customers to buy the other dvds.

I'm surprised. My local Best Buy isn't on that list. Which is a surprise because Altoona passed Erie to be 3rd largest in PA, or maybe that was Scranton. I buy online anyways from DVD Pacific, lower prices than Best Buys. So I can't participate in this sale anyways. I believe the next Lucky Star and School Rumble 2nd semester part 2 should be out by now, as well as the boxed set for Utawarumono.

You can use BargainFlix (http://www.bargainflix.com). You look up a title, and it will show you the price at several different online sellers that title, including shipping.
I usually shop for Anime at DVD Pacific (http://www.dvdpacific.com). They're not always the cheapest for every single title, but I think they are on average the cheapest for anime, and I prefer to do business with just one store.
For example, Naruto vol. 8 is:
* $12.65 at DVD Pacific (plus $1.48 s/h = $14.13)
* $17.18 at thisisanime.com (recommended by one of the other answerers here, with shipping extra)
* $13.53 (plus $1.40 s/h = $14.93) at overstock.com
