Elizabeth de la Vega, a former federal prosecuter lays out a great case for this in her book U.S V. Bush.

zach, never said anything about Clinton. I personally could not stand him either. Just because you don't lik liberals doesn't mean you should ignore that Bush in a legal sense may have defrauded the U.S. Realize that political paradigms are in place for gov't to control ppl. While Bush and Clinton may seem so different they are one in the same. Clinton and Bush 41 seem like they are best friends now.

No, Clinton adminstration conspired to defraud Bush. As far as the book, anyone can say anything, but proving it in court, lol she can not, because it is not true.
Former US president Bill Clinton said in October during a visit to Portugal that he was convinced Iraq had weapons of mass destruction up until the fall of Saddam Hussein, Portuguese Prime Minister Jose Manuel Durao Barroso said.
"When Clinton was here recently he told me he was absolutely convinced, given his years in the White House and the access to privileged information which he had, that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction until the end of the Saddam regime," he said in an interview with Portuguese cable news channel SIC Noticias.
This is consistent with the other Clinton statements on the subject, of course, going back to 1998. And this doesn't answer the "where are they?" question. (Syria? Lebanon? Vaporware by Saddam's scientists?) But this does blow the popular Bush-made-it-up theory

Elizabeth de la Vega, speaking to Tom Engelhardt:
"I'd like to draft an indictment of President Bush and his senior aides, and present the case for prewar intelligence fraud to a grand jury, just as if it were an actual case of mine, using the evidence we already have in the public record. That's the book I'd like to do."
I wonder how bright this child is as the fraud statutes are not applicable to the Administration's efforts to get the Iraq war off the ground. For instance, exactly who was defrauded of what? And, puhleeeze, do NOT say "The truth!" as that is patently a non-answer.
When you (or Liz) can answer that one please feel free to continue your argument.

Every month BushOilCo hauls $15 billion out of the US Treasury for themselves and their war making friends. I'd call that legal fraud, socialism for the rich, there are many names, but PLUNDER is probably the best. Truth be told, there are many impeachable offenses in the plunder alone. Anyone who would bankrupt his own country, to say the very least, does not love, protect or defend it. For that he has violated his Oath of Office.
