(Spoken from an old persons - 50 something - point of view) My quick answer is ... QUIT DEPENDING ON GOVERNMENT TO HELP US OUT OF OUR PROBLEMS. HELP ONE ANOTHER After each tragedy - i.e. 9/11, Virginia Tech, Oklahoma City - I see Americans helping Americans. Our skin color ceases to matter in times of disaster. I'd like to see that happen again. I don't know what it would take for us to forget our petty differences. No matter what color your skin, or what faith you practice, when you bleed, it's all the same color. I'd much rather give my money to the neighbor down the street who might be suffering, than to give it to a big bureaucracy and expect them to dole it out wisely. They can't seem to handle my taxes efficiently. That's why I don't believe European-style-socialism is the answer. And both parties (GOPs and Dems) are equally at fault. If I spend to much money on a new car and can't afford the rent ... that is MY fault, my responsibility. TEACH RESPONSIBILITY If an airline or any business can't make a profit, let it fail. Someone else will do it better. LEARN FROM HISTORY - i'll quit preaching now LOL

We are definitely headed toward the end times. America is being driven off track by the race baiters, the gays and dangerous politicians. I only hope that white men have enough testicular fortitude left to takover the reigns, and never give them up again, when the times soon become desperate.
And no, it shouldn't be a better place for everyone. Just the few who get the job done.

We already went on the right path. The way, way, right path with GW. Now I hope we will learn the other way a bit. Try a new path. Because this one is the wrong path.

Try from the bottom to the top. For example, if you live in America, try to be a good example for your own kids and the next generation. Then, your kids will follow your step and then, your grandsons and granddaugters will follow your kids step and go on and on.

Impeach and imprison Bush and his cronies would be a good start. Make Haliburton disgorge all of its money and give it to domestic programs, like education and health care. Get the hell out of the Middle East, and maybe if we ask real nice, we can get gas again for $2.00 a gallon. Sheesh.

STOP THE POLLUTING!
We don't even need all the oil and what-not to survive. Factories and all. People might get really really upset (factories make technology), but the human race can survive without a lot of the things we have. computers, mp3's, radios...
We cause all the trouble. All the pollution is from us!

Change the Constitution and adopt Parliamentary Government so that we don't have to wait for four years before we can throw out an Administration.

Lol...are you serious? The United States is so effed up. I thank god every day I'm Canadian. You Americans have so much work to do to get your asses on the right track. Step one: get rid of that mofo in office.
