Both are rude and inconsiderate, but I would say the insult to the woman is worse. Would you rather be told you are fat or skinny? I wouldn't mind being skinny.

First one is a down and out insult. Deserves a right cross. The second is just inconsiderate.

socially, its more offensive for the woman statement. Its ok to say tiny to a guy . he will not feel anything about it because can you do anything about it? Unless you are referring to his er..... As for eating alot, which guy doesnt love food? The way to a mans heart is through his stomach....Heard that before?

The "you're so big" one is more offensive. Women are much more self-conscious about the way they look. Besides, it's a lot easier to bulk up than it is to slim down.

According to most of the answers it is more acceptable to insult a man than a woman, evidently we have no feelings OR our feelings count for less. It's great to be a male in today's world.

growing up i was over weight and my dads girlfriend told me those exact words so i would have to say that maybe both because a woman's feelings get hurt easier than a males.
A males pride can easily be hurt just as well.

The most offensive is weight to women
The most offensive to a man is jokes about his small penis size.
