No, not all women masturbate. It seems to me that women's sexuality is still repressed to a degree. Male masturbation is open and accepted, yet there's still not a lot said about female masturbation. I know from my own life that I didn't start until I was 19 and in college. I didn't know about it before then. The thought never crossed my mind. And though I'd had sex before, I had to teach myself how to masturbate. I would guess that there are other women out there who have no clue like I did when I was younger.

I think most women do... Even sometimes when they don't call it masturbation (i.e... using the shower head, etc..)

well i know i do ! i'm guessing most women do but are taught at a young age that it's not something you do or talk about for that matter.

No on women.
All people do not masturbate.
There are some who are celibate and some who are asexual.
