1. Go to google.
2. Look up "cal poly"
3. Click on the link to Cal Poly.
4. Click on "Academics"
5. Look around for a German Department.
When you get to college, you will need to figure out how to do things on your own.

You don't say which Cal Poly you're interested in (Pomona or SLO) and whether you want to major in German, or just want to take classes in German.
Cal Poly Pomona has no German major or minor but has German classes.
Cal Poly SLO has a Modern Languages major where you study Spanish and one other language (you may choose German) as well as German classes and a German minor.
