* Like they said before, watch lots of movies with critic eye, learn all you can on your own.
* Get in contact with local production companies and offer them to work for them on anything (that includes making coffee), even free (like an intern).....so you can be in a real movie set and see how things are done.

Watch a lot of movies, have something original to add to the game, and start making movies. The more you do it, hopefully the better you will get.

i say u don't need school you are aether good or bad but there really is not a good or a bad because everyone has there own talent you know what i mean.
