yes headphones a rinky dink gel like case a PSP movie the handstrap and a cloth to wipe the screen down

If you get the premium pack, you get a soft case, headphones with volume control and handstrap. (I know, I bought one)
You can also get one that doesn't come with that stuff and it's slightly cheaper. I spent the little extra because it's worth it.

If you want your Psp chiped, ask my friend's cuzin, he can do it for $50 max
