Go for a black eyeliner and mascara. Brown would work too i guess. Eyeshadow wise, depends on the occasion. Smokey look goes really well with blue eyes if you want to look made up.

Go with a darker color eyeshadow to contrast the color of your eyes, that will highlight them and bring them out. And probably a brown/black mascara and eyeliner for added intensity and a dramatic appearance which you can use with fair skin.

I have blue eyes too. It depends on your skin tone, and hair color. If you have light hair, and a light skin tone you will want brown/black or brown mascara, and brown or charcoal eyeliner.

If you have dark hair and an olive skin tone, you will want brown/black or black mascara, and brown or gray eyeliner.

But eye shadow you can use pretty much anything with blue eyes. But earth tones always look the best.

I like to cover my lid with a light cream color and line my top lid with a dark brown liquid liner. I use a brown color in the crease of the lid. I then lightly line the bottom of my eyes with a blue gray color. I finish my eyes with a dark mascara.
I get lots of good comments on my eyes.

I don't have blue eyes but I have a friend with blue eyes and she wears light purple eyeshadow, and black waterproof mascara but she doesnt wear eyeliner so I wouldn't know that.

Eye shadow color selection depends on several things. Look closely in your eyes - what color are the flecks, or the ring around your iris? These colors usually look great [ I have green eyes with rust and gold flecks, son has blue eyes with brown and gray flecks, but he doesn't wear eyeshadow offstage. ] Sometimes you may want a neutral look, such as gray or brown shadow. Or, you just feel like matching/coordinating with your outfit.
I like to match my liner/mascara with hair color. If you are a blonde, you may wear dark brown or gray liner/mascara in daytime, with black or navy for evening.
Try mixed color packs [ various blues, greens, purples ] shadows.

For blue eyes you should use a pale champagne colour to highlight the brows then follow by covering the remainder of the lid with a pale shadow for a base. In the crease of your eye use a dark brown and smudge it down to the lashes. For liing your eyes use a dark brown smudge and an angle brush and smudge right into the lashes. Use a jet black mascara.

Brow highlight "Champagne" by cover girl
base for remainder of lid "Phloof" by MAC
Crease in eyes "Sable" by MAC
Liner smudge in dark brown by QUO
Jet black mascara by Lise Watier

I recommend all brushes to be purchased at MAC. They have a lifetime guarantee and if the bristles or any part of the brush comes apart they will replace it.

The best way to make your eyes 'pop' is to apply contrasting color to your eye color. For blue eyes, try a smoky gray or charcoal eyeshadow with a dark gray or black eyeliner. When applying eyeliner you want it to appear natural so be sure to smudge and blend it....a cotton swab is great for that. Also, go for the blackest mascara you can find.
