Not too likely if she is taking the pill correctly.
But, kudos to you for using double protection!

1%. Since the condom came off, its 86% rate of effectiveness (yes, 86%...that's the effectiveness rate of the average condom use...you can raise it up to nearly 96% by making sure the condom fits perfectly, has spermicide, is used with water-based lube, and is not doubled up...two condoms are more likely to have more friction and therefore break...anyone who says "condoms are 100% unless they break" doesn't seem to realize that a broken condom leads to pregnancy for 14 out of 100 condom users each year). ANYWAY...point being, it's still only a 1% chance she's pregnant, as long as she was taking the pill properly. One missed pill in the month drops that to 92%. The original point of birth control was for married couples to be able to have sex without a condom and not get pregnant, but of course now it is more widely used by more people.

Taken properly, the birth control pill is an effective method of preventing unplanned pregnancy. Of course, exactly how effective the Pill will be for you depends on whether you take your birth control pills every day--just missing 1 pill significantly raises your chance of getting pregnant. On average, about 5 out of 100 couples will get pregnant in a year while using the Pill.

It usually takes 3 months for the pill to be working fully. There's a 99.8 percent chance she won't get pregnant if she's never missed a day. Honestly, I highly doubt she is, but she's probably freaking out about it. I'd get it for her just to show her you care about her and that you want to help. The morning after pill has a 85% chance of preventing pregnancy if taken within 24 hours.

The chances, in a word, are: slim.
Especially if the condom had spermicidal jelly on it. It's happened to me, and everything was fine.
Plus, if she's been on the pill regularly for some time, she's probably protect just from that - but it's good to double up - I like to do that too.

The odds are the same as using the pill alone...which is about 98% safe. What you need to worry about re. the condom factor are diseases.

well the pill is supposed to be like 99% effective..so about a 1% chance she got pregnant, plus she would have to be ovulating. She is probably not pregnant.

If she takes her pills everyday, she should be okay. However, never say never. My best friend took her BC's faithfully and got pregnant---twins!!!! She was taken antibotics and apparently they weakened the birth control.
