No, but I did know Who on first! LOL! Seriously, do you mean am I acquainted with my neighbors, yes. Our neighborhood not only has a watch committee, but we believe that in order for it to work, we have to involve every single member of the neighborhood in a feeling of being united and being stakeholders in the safety of our homes.
