Air is a mixture of a number of gases,like nitrogen,oxygen,argon carbon dioxide,water vapour and other gases.If you want to find out the source of air ,then you have to find out the sources of all these gases.So it can not be one source,but a number of sources.

God created it. Earth's gravity keeps atmosphere around the earth.
