Oh, lots -- Christy and Henry Mathewson (1906-097 NY Giants), Phil and Joe Niekro (1973-74 Braves, 1985 Yankees), Hank and Tommie Aaron (1962-63, '65, '68-71 Braves), Gaylord and Jim Perry (1974-75 Indians), Jose and Ozzie Canseco (1990 Athletics). Plenty of others.
