I like being outdoors. I don't have alot of patience sometimes waiting for the fish to bite, but what a feeling
when you have one on the end of your line ! (Especially a bass, or a muskie) And then the darned line snaps !!!!!

Practice makes perfect. Keep working on techniques .. My
Dear.. you should not break your line. Many many large
fish are caught on light lines it is all on how you work
them.Yeahh. there is a technique to almost everything in life .
Don`t horse them and hold a firm but sensitive rod.
Good Luck. I fish in Fla. a lot and I have caught 5 and 7
Ft bull and lemon sharks on 10 and15# test line..

I love fishing and anything to do with outdoors. If you hate sitting to wait (bait fishing) try using soft plastics. My partner and i have a ball as i actually catch fish with plastics. There are ones for salt and freshwater .You get heaps of variety with the colours, shapes and sizes, this helps keep me interested! There is nothing better than using the apparent 'wrong one' and you catch a massive fish. You cant go wrong. Happy fishing.

I like just sitting there not having anything to worry about. My dad is retiring in a month, so hopefully we'll spend a lot of time fishing this summer...That will probably become the reason I like fishing so much.

I like fishing because you can sit all day doing it and no one will ask "What are you doing?"

I don't even care if I catch anything. That's not my purpose. My purpose is to zone out on life for a bit and relax. I don't need some pesky fish messing up my solitude.

I agree it's fun to catch fish, but it definitly can be frustrating! We used to fish alot ((in Florida , there's lot of water and loooots of fish !!)) but haven't been doing it as much lately! I like being outdoors I guess that's the main draw.

Its a battle of life...full of excitement. Trial. Error. Disappointment. Success.

Most people who love to fish believe if you have the patience to fish and learn the ways of life you can handle the stress of every life in yourself

I like the peacefulness of it. I don't sit still for much, so it's nice to have to sit and wait and relax. If I could only find a nice guy to bait my hook for me because I feel bad sticking it into the little killies' heads. Last guy I went out with insisted I bait it myself. What a gentleman.

I can't fish anymore. I feel so bad taking the hook out of the fish's mouth. One time the hook went thru the fish's eye... After that I never wanted to fish again.
