How come some Little Debbie snack cakes come in a twin pack and others are wrapped individually?

the individual snack cakes are, the anti-social ones who, tried to push the others, off the conveyor belt.

whoever made these made their favorites in a twin pack so they could have more...i don't know...just guessing

so they can say more come in a box than there really is so you think you're getting more than you really are
