you need to make a 360 blog account,then post a picture in ur blog profile,then click on ur nickname on yahoo answers edit profile,select use blog photo.

If you look at my previous questions I asked the same thing not that long ago, you have to pretty much create a 360 page and upload the pics there

ok, i'll take you through step-by-step (when i asked this question i got a bunch of really confusing answers!)
Click...
-my profile
-"edit my info" (center-top of screen, near your screen name)
-"creat my yahoo avatar"[or something along those lines] (blue letters below "use my yahoo avatar", far to the right)
-"create my avatar now" (should be somewhere around the top right-hand corner of screen?)
now it'll ask you if you want your avatar to be male or female, and show you how to customize your avatar... and you should be all set!! (but if something doesn't work, let me know! it took me FOR EVER to finally get mine set up cause about 50 things went wrong lol.... hope you get it figured out =) )
